During the course of submitting that the cross examination by P. Uthayakumar of prosecution witness Dato Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani, Deputy Public Prosecutor (DPP) Noorin Badaruddin submitted that Uthayakumar when his live of questioning was disallowed had burst out that “why bother going through the trial, just convict me and send me to jail (and pointing to the passageway convicted criminals are taken away).

How true. The prosecution led by Attorney General of 1 Malay-sia Tan Sri Gani Patail has got so used to bullying and summarily convicting helpless victims and sending them to jail a la factory products.

And they are now trying the same to Uthayakumar.

As a matter of principle Hindraf will take it up to the highest Federal Court level. Not so much that justice will be done but for the records as to how the 95% Malay dominated Judiciary is so pro the 1 Malay-sian government.
