Despite one Notice of Motion having been filed at the Kuala Lumpur High Court asking for the recusal of both the racist and biased K.L Sessions Court Judge Ahmad Zamzani bin Mohd Zain and also the almost absolute power wielding racist and vindictive Attorney General Tan Sri Gani Patail’s Deputy Public Prosecutor (DPP) even the tough 21 year standing lawyer was bullied with impunity.

The Judge started proceedings today 18/7/2012 by parroting what the DPP said at the last hearing date that justice must be done to the police witness DCP Dato Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani the Chief Police Officer of Sarawak as he has come from Sarawak and the case has to go on despite Uthayakumar’s  pending right to reply to the DPP’s submission on the Prolix meaning detailed Cross Examination by Uthayakumar which the PPP objects as this has kept the very senior Chief Police Officer of Sarawak on the stand.

And without even hearing Uthayakumar the Judge today disallowed/dismissed almost all ie 12 of Uthayakumar’s questions and applications.

Uthayakumar’s very own police report dated 20/1/2003 where he was the maker was disallowed to be tendered as an exhibit. When Uthayakumar submitted that police reports and medical reports are accepted as Exhibits as a matter of course in Courts, the DPP objected that only a Certified True Copy is admissible.

When Uthayakumar asked (on two occasions) for DPP to point out in one other case where she has similarly objected to the admissibility of a police report she did not reply.

Proceedings stopped at about 1.00 p.m as the Judge had a CPC briefing to attend.
