The minute the evil and vindictive DPP Noorin Badaruddin objects, the next second the Judge Ahmad Zamzani makes a ruling to stop P. Uthayakumar from further cross examining on his police report dated 20/1/03, when Uthayakumar was first arrested right at the doorsteps of the Sepang Magistrates  Court for seriously defending the family of S. Tharmarajan (19) at an Inquest who was slowly murdered while detained at the Sepang police lock up.
