The NST 23/7/2012 at page 26 reported on the Indian muslim mosque “located in the heart of the (Ipoh) town at Jalan S.P Seenivasagam. Similarly land titles have since Merdeka in 1957 rightly been granted to 100% mosques & suraus.

But almost all the thousands of Hindu temples & cemeteries, 523 Tamil schools and Indian villages and settlements affecting hundreds of thousands of the Indian poor, like the Tamil mosque, were not granted prime land as of right.

But the 100 over year Jalan P. Ramlee and historial Hindu temple having served the City Centre Bukit Bintang Indian poor Waterworks and Telecoms Indian poor civil servants and sitting on the K.L City Centre golden triangle prime land have been denied land title and has been slated to be systematically socially “ethnically cleansed”. Why? Article 8 provides for equality before the law. Why this level of racism religious, supremacist and racist government policy targeted against the vulnerable Indian and Hindu poor community in 1 Malay-sia?
