This morning upon getting an SOS call at about 9.20 a.m, Hindraf Information Chief S. Jayathas was at the site of the Golden Triangle Hindu temples within minutes.

There were about 100 police and Kuala Lumpur City Hall enforcement officers to socially “ethnically cleanse” this very last Hindu temple at the city centre golden triangle hindu temple.

An obsolete DBKL Notice dated 16/7/2012 was served on the helpless temple devotees.

Some Pakatan Indian mandores present tried to agree to DBKL taking 4 feet of the said Hindu temple land (which will eventually mean the 8 feet).

Our fear and concern is that this hindu temple will finally disappear from thin air by the MIC and Pakatan Indian mandores political games and Tamil dailies and TV2 coverage.

The Hindraf stand is very clear:-

1. Why has the land title to this 100 over year hindu temple not been issued and gazetted.

2. How and why did DBKL approve the building plans without the eight feet walk walkaway inside the developers land:- An independent MACC investigation would answer this question.

3. What ever has happened to the Federal Territies Minister’s Parlimentary statement 2008 that no more hindu temples would be demolished in K.L.

4. The hanky panky Court Order by the developer against DBKL was never served on this hindu temple.

5. And why didn’t DBKL appeal against the Developer’s High Court Order to demolish the hindu temple
