This was the 95% decision of 1 Malay-sianJudge Ahmad Zamzani bin Mohd Zain on 27/7/2012 despite P. Uthayakumar’s repeated apologies and undertakings not to repeat the same in the future.

When a lawyer is engaged at the High Court, the lower Sessions Court as a matter of course waits. But this Judge seems to have got instructions from the very top UMNO government leadership to teach P. Uthayakumar a lesson not to mark about with Malay supremacy in 1 Malay-sia.

Now will justice be seen to be done in P. Uthayakumar’s Sedition trial before this Judge who has refused to recuse himself despite repeated applications by P. Uthayakumar for his recusal.
