Despite S. Thiagarajan’s repeated apologies and undertakings that this will not happen in future the 95% Malaysian Judiciary Judge Ahmad Zamzani forfeited the RM 7,000.00 bail and the new bailor forced to pay RM 15,000.00 bail. This is unprecedented the maximum fine for P. Uthayakumar’s Sedition charge is only RM 5,000.00. P. Uthayakumar was detained in the Court Lock Up for about 1 ½ hours until he couls past the new RM 15k bail.

It is so plain and obvious that this Malay Judge got instructions from the very top Prime Minister Najib Razak’s office to ajar Hindraf on the Malay supremacy and ajar Hindraf as part of their Ops Padam Hindraf.

This Sessions Court is obviously going full steam to have P. Uthayakumar convicted and to disqualify him from standing in the forthcoming 13^th General Elections which is excepted at any time now.
