On 13/8/12 K.L Sessions Court Judge Ahmad Zamzani bin Mohd Zain put S. Thiagarajan on the witness stand and told the vindictive Deputy Public Prosecutor (DPP) Noorin Badaruddin to proceed. Even the very senior DPP did not know what to do and told the Judge that she does not know the Procedure.
