95% Malay-sian Sessions Court Judge has no respect for High Court Judge.

On 13/8/12, P. Uthayakumar and his lawyer had sought an urgent hearing for a stay of proceedings of the sessions Court case date and was waiting and the High Court Judge to hear their urgent application. Uthayakumar was late by one hour and ten minutes. Despite having been informed by the DPP that Uthayakumar is held up at the High Court K.L Sessions Court Judge Ahmad Zamzani Zaid had:-

1. Given a final warning being late for the first time.

2. Forfeited the RM 7,000.00 Bail.

3. Increased the bail from RM 10,000.00 to RM 15,000.00

4. Ordered a new bailor for Uthayakumar

5. Ordered the trial to proceed at full steam and had set 5 days in a row as the next hearing date.

The 2^nd Limb of the Rules of Natural Justice Nemo Index In causa Sua-no man shall be a Judge in his own case.

Now will Uthayakumar get justice in this UMNO government Court?
