Only 0.27% Indian students in Government Universities this year (2010). Lower intake than 2007.

38,549 students in public Universities 2012 intake. But only 1% Indians & 0.1% in critical courses. But (100%) 200,000 Malay & foreign muslims in UITM alone & 95% in 20 public Universities: Racist UMNO 1 Malay-sia govt policy.

PM letter: Top polytechnic and STPM Indian students denied scholarships and university places. Only 0.33% Indian students allowed in 86,000 Polytechnic places. 0.02% finally make it to university.
