RM300 Million and RM500,000.00 for Malay University and Kindergarden. UMNOs’ water and electricity, PKR’s peanuts for Tamil schools.

National Education Blueprint preserves all 523 Tamil schools as not fully govt aided schools & in dilapidated conditions. Racist UMNO P.M. Najib’s RM540 billion budget for Tamil schools does not flow down but reverts back to Treasury.

42% Tamil schools pupils cannot read and write – poverty related

75 Fulbright USA teachers to teach English. But 100% in Malay schools. Zero for Tamil schools. Racist UMNO 1 Malay-sia govt policy.

RM232.8 Billion 2012 Budget: No delivery mechanism to filter down to Indian poor as in previous 54 years. At least RM2.328 Billion (1%) should have been allocated for the 8% Indian poor.

Budget 2013 : RM3.7 Billion to train technical & vocational students to enhance skills training. But Indians segregated from Giat Mara & 99% from Technical & Vocational Schools : Racist UMNO 1 Malay-sia govt policy.
