Budget 2013 : RM50 Million to train 3,200 Indians. Why not Indians be part 2013 Budget of RM3.7 Billion for technical & Vocational training & RM500 Million to enhance skills training : Racist UMNO 1 Malay-sia govt policy.

1.6 million (100%) below average Malays students get into 221,660 skills training in 80 Community Colleges nationwide, 0% Indian intake. UMNO 1 Malay-sia the world’s most racist regime.

UMNOs’ RM 300 Million to Felda, Felcra and Risda. Indians excluded.

UMNO: 200,000 Malay muslim only University UITM. 90% of 163,779 in 20 public Universities also largely for Malay-muslims. One Malay-sia but 2 Higher Education Systems segregating the Indians.

RM 1.24 billion overseas scholarships for 1,500. Malaysia 11th out of 137 nations with huge budget for education. But Indians excluded.

Budget 2013 : RM 38.7 Billion for Education, RM500 Million for skills training , RM 1.2 Billion for pre schools, RM380 Million for Kindergarden teachers. All 523 Tamil Schools denied Kinder gardens : Racist UMNO 1 Malay-sia govt policy.

Budget 2013 : RM150 million for 100 @ RM1.5 million per Internet Centre. But only in Malay neighbourhoods: Racist UMNO govt policy.

Media Statement Budget 2013 (28/9/2012): RM 251.6 Billion Budget 2013: Zero allocation to undo 55 years racial segregation victimizing especially the Indian poor and to include them into national mainstream development of 1 Malay-sia.
