UMNO has granted RM 300 million to look at ways to improve production and market the produce of the three agencies.

But one million or so pre-existing Indian plantation workers have been completely excluded from opportunities in these ten acre land ownership schemes, but a token participation of an estimated 1% in Felda.

But for Malay-sian Prime Minister Najib this is One Malay-sia.

Indians excluded by UMNO & PKR Felda’s Bisnes Tani & Pasar Tani

The Agriculture and Agriculture based Industry Ministry, Mardi, Fama, are all backing up the 322 Fama participants of contract farming in 949.86 hectres of land in Selangor alone.

But UMNO & PKR has deliberately excluded the poor and underprivileged Indians from this scheme.

When PKR Selangor could grant 949.86 hectres of agriculture land to the poor Malay muslims why is there not a single hectre of this Fama land ever granted to the thousands of poor and underprivileged Indians since PKR has been in power for two years now? As it stands they are no different from UMNO vis a vis the poor Indians.

The hundreds of thousands of poor, underprivileged and landless Indians further compounded by their denial to equal opportunity to education has created them as the underclass under UMNOs’ racist, religious extremist and supremacist policies. From the new underclass UMNO intends to create for the country a pool of unskilled general workers, factory workers, toilet cleaners, security guards, office boys, Alam Flora workers (90% of the Alam Flora workers in K.L are Indians) and the other dirty jobs.

Thus UMNO intentionally and maliciously excludes about 70% of the 2.2 Million Malaysian Indians from the national mainstream development of Malaysia.

The latest example as reported in today’s Star, 16/3/2010, at page N21, of Indians being excluded from the national mainstream development of Malaysia  in the Federal Agriculture Marketing Authority’s (FAMA) RM1 billion National Food (Production) Terminal (Teman) in Simpang Pulai, near Ipoh. This project is to benefit 6,000 (Malay muslim) farmers and as almost always the poor and landless Indians are excluded (refer The Star 16/3/2010 at page N21). At best a Wayang Kulit of one or two Indian families about (0.001%) would be paraded in the 3 Tamil newspapers and the mainstream media to showcase the Indian poor participation in line with the Malay proverb “ayam telur sebiji rioh sekampong”.

The poor and unskilled and suffering on a day to day basis. Indians could instantly be taken out of poverty in this and the scores of other ten acre land ownership schemes in Felda, Felcra, Risda, Mardi, Agropolitan, Kesedar, Ketengah etc., simply by their proportionate inclusion.

But UMNO intends to retain this 70% of the Indians in the poor and hardcore poor category, and silently watch by if not aided and abetted by omission by the PKR, DAP and PAS top leadership and their 82 MPs’ (minus five) including their 11 Indian mandore MPs’.

RM One Billion & 112,000 (Felda) 235,000 (Felcra) and 95,000 (Risda) Indians excluded from these ten acre land ownership schemes. (BH 25/2/2010 at page 4).

The PKR No 2 Chief announces before 1,000 almost all malay muslim Felda settlers at Kampong Temin Jerantut of the new deal for malay muslim second and third generation Felda settlers.

But PKR and P.R. has zero plans for the poor, landless and displaced Indians especially the pre existing Indian plantation workers.

It is two years now that PKR, DAP and PAS has come to power.

As a sincere gesture to undo the injustices by UMNO for over the last 53 years we have written to the top PKR, DAP and DAP leadership and the Menteri Besars and Chief Minister of Selangor, Kedah and Penang to allocate 1,000 acres in each state for the aforesaid poor and landless Indians especially for the pre-existing Indian plantation workers who have been displaced. But there has been no reply from PKR, DAP and PAS. As it stands there is no difference between UMNO and this PKR, DAP and PAS.

Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan (Melayu) gets 2,139 acres land from Selangor. Zero for Indians poor.

The Permodalan Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan (melayu) (PYBK) gets 866 hectres (2,139 acres) of land to be developed. PYBK has also mortgaged to the Bank land worth more than RM 100 Million (NST 25/2/2010 at page 4). That indicates the value of land allocated.

But the present PKR led Pakatan Rakyat Selangor State government has allocated zero acres of land to the poor and underprivileged Indians in Selangor.

This PKR led state government for a start can grant 1,000 acres of land to 1,000 handcore poor and underprivileged Indians in Selangor and help them set up the modern hydrophonic and cattle and goat farming. This will help alienate hardcore poverty for at least 1,000 hardcore poor Indians in Selangor.

Why not? Why has this not been done?

If not, what then is the difference between UMNO and PKR and P.R.?

Tabung Haji gets to buy prime properties, preferential blue chip shares and with insider information, on the best and most lucrative land, shares and other investments. Tabung Haji makes their billions and share it with the Malays.

But what about especially the poor and underprivileged Indians?

Why are especially the poor Indians excluded from this share of Malaysia’s wealth.

This is how racist, religious extremist and supremacist UMNO is, in Prime Minister Najib Razak’s One Malay-sia.

UMNO wipes out traditional Indian farmers from Cameron Highlands

Hundreds of thousands of acres of land have been given out by UMNO to the Malay Muslims poor in the form of 10 acre land ownership schemes in Felda, Felcra, Risda, Fama and Agropolitan. But only an estimated 1% Indians benefited from these with the last being some 40 years ago and only in the Felda schemes.

To add insult to injury UMNO now wants to take away the TOL land belonging to the 600 traditional Indian farmers in Cameron Highlands who have been planting vegetables and contributing to the country’s economy for the last 52 years since independence. Such things would be unheard of if the farmers happen to be malays.

To UMNO it does not matter if Malaysia imports it’s vegetables from China or Thailand and foreign exchanges flows out the country. What matters to Umno is land is not allocated to the Indians and generally non malays. After South Africa this level of racism and religious extremism and malay muslim supremacy only exists in Malaysia.
